Weddings — 2026
In 2026 Budots Media filmed the wedding of Cindy Cinco — the Cebuana vlogger whose videos won her a devoted following at home and abroad — and David Peyer, the American engineer she married in an intimate ceremony at NUSTAR Resort & Casino Cebu. The homecoming was an event in itself: when the US-based couple appeared at the Sinulog 2026 parade, Cebu turned out for her.
NUSTAR made it home turf twice over — the integrated resort on Cebu's South Road Properties is a Budots Media client, so we had filmed the venue long before we filmed the vows. Wedding work is where the production house's disciplines converge: the same drone pilots who tracked outrigger canoes around Cebu fly the processional, and the same editors who cut DOT campaigns grade the golden hour.
A wedding is a one-take documentary. There is no second sunrise, no reshoot, no B-roll day. It is the most honest test of a film crew that exists.
For Cindy's film, the brief was Cebuano at heart and cinematic in scale — story first, family everywhere in the frame, the island as the third character.
